Cancellation Request

Upon receiving your cancellation request you will be billed one more month (30 day notice) and the yearly maintenance fee ($30).

If your term has not been met your account will be charged the cancellation fee of $150 plus the maintenance fee.  If your account is declined during the processing of the above fees your cancellation request is not valid and a new cancellation request must be submitted. 

Please list which plan and who your are cancelling.
